Grow an Instant Garden on Your Wall

Love the sophisticated, organic look of vertical hanging Succulent Gardens, but feel a little unsure of how to create your own? Use our Instant Wall Planter system to design, pin and display with a rigid polymer planter boand 37 root securing pins.

Create your own vertical planter and hang it the same day with this easy kit…just add plants and soil; then pin it into place for instant designer style. NatureHills.com makes it easy to show off your green thumb indoors or outdoors.

Planting and Application:

The large Instant Wall Planter 8×10 comes with a rustic decorative frame and has a finished size of 13 3/16″ tall by 11 5/8″ wide and 2 3/4″ deep. It can be hung on a wall or placed upright on its easel back. You can even lay it flat on a tabletop, where it will become a lovable living focal point!

  • It couldn’t be easier to create and maintain a Succulent wall planter! Simply select enough of your favorite young succulents and Cactus soil and follow the instructions to design, pin and display.
  • Lay your do-it-yourself Instant Wall Planter flat. Next, pop your cute, new plants out of their pot and arrange them to pack the polymer planter box…filling in with extra soil as needed for a nice, tight fit.
  • Once your creation is finished, pin it into place with the included pins to create a root securing grid. Use both the short pins and long pins to snugly secure the plants within the planter box.
  • See how easy it is to plant it, pin it and display it on your wall or tabletop? For wall-hung displays, we recommend using drywall anchors that hold at least 30 pounds for extra safety.
  • For a table-top display, install the easel back and prop it upright where all your guests can admire your handiwork! Or, simply lay it flat on your table for a sleek, modern presentation.

ProPlantTips for Care:

Ongoing care is made easier with a built-in watering tray and removable water reservoir. Spray your garden evenly; pour water at the top or add ice cubes on top of the water reservoir and let them melt for consistent water across all the roots.

  • Succulents are light-loving, waterwise plants. During the growing season, water once a month or more depending on where you have placed your planter.
  • During the dormant season, reduce the watering to every other month. Trim off any dried flowers (yes, succulents produce flowers!) using sharp garden snips.
  • Try making hanging planters with collections of succulents, flowers, herbs, vegetables, and even cactus! They can all be grown in this space-saving Instant Wall Planter from NatureHills.com.
