‘Tsuru no mai’ is a bright pink variegated Japanese maple with serrated edging. The pink variegation on ‘Tsuru no mai’ tursn to white as the leaves mature. Fall color is a bright orange and red in the fall. ‘Tsuru no mai’ may reach 8 ft in 10 years. We recommend giving ‘Tsuru no mai’ protection from the hot afternoon sun.
