ProPlantTips for Care:

Give this plant a spot in full sun. It needs at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day for best flowering. Plant it in well-drained, porous, or even sandy soils that don’t retain water for long. Water new plants sparingly to get them established, but after that, Sea Thrift is highly xeric and easy to grow.

It will rebloom sporadically throughout the summer months if deadheaded regularly. Ballerina Red overwinters well throughout USDA planting zones 5 to 9, and once established is heat and salt tolerant. Dividing should be done in early spring.
